David Bradshaw handles personal injury matters across both British Columbia and Ontario, including motor vehicle, marine, farm, and aviation accidents, slip and fall cases, long-term disability denials, assaults, and dog bites. He has worked on claims involving complex brain and psychiatric injuries, catastrophic impairment, and high-income economic loss. David has trial, appeal, and interlocutory experience before the Ontario Youth Court, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of British Columbia, and he appears before tribunals such as the Workers' Compensation Appeal Tribunal, the Social Security Tribunal, and the Licence Appeal Tribunal.
