Alon Barda
Alon joined Preszler Injury Lawyers in July 2023 after more than ten years as a partner at a downtown Toronto insurance defence firm. He earned his J.D. from the University of Western Ontario in 2011 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2012. He has particular expertise in statutory accident benefits and catastrophic claims, and he was lead counsel in one of the province's longest personal injury trials.
