About David

David has focused on personal injury and insurance disputes for more than 25 years and has also served as a mediator in complex injury matters. He earned his undergraduate and law degrees at the University of British Columbia and was called to the BC bar in 1993, and he's also a member of the Alberta bar. He represents individuals rather than insurers, drawing on earlier experience handling files for insurance companies.
