About Odette

Odette Daubermann is a dual-qualified personal injury lawyer whose practice centers on sexual assault claims and civil litigation. She earned her law degree from the University of Pretoria in 2013 and was called to the South African bar in 2015, building years of experience in civil, insurance, and plaintiff litigation before moving to Canada. She joined the firm in 2019 and was called to the Ontario bar in 2024, and her work has increasingly focused on sexual assault and product liability cases. Odette brings a cross-jurisdictional perspective, having practiced in both South African courtrooms and the Canadian legal system, and she is licensed to practice in Alberta, Ontario, and British Columbia.
