About Jack

Jack Parsekhian was called to the Law Society of Ontario in 2002. He spent his first 14 years representing defendants and insurance companies before shifting his practice nine years ago to focus exclusively on representing seriously injured clients. He has worked at several of Toronto's personal injury litigation firms, handling motor vehicle accident claims, statutory accident benefits, insurance disputes, and general negligence matters. Jack has conducted both jury and judge-alone trials and has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and the Court of Appeal for Ontario, along with frequent appearances at the Licence Appeal Tribunal for accident benefit disputes. He earned his law degree from the University of Hull in the UK and his undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto.
