About Donald

Donald is a senior litigation lawyer with over 35 years of experience in criminal and civil trials. He earned his LL.B. from the University of Victoria in 1985 and was called to the BC bar in 1986. His practice focuses on seriously injured plaintiffs with brain, psychological, and orthopedic injuries and chronic pain, and he's a strong advocate for survivors of sexual assault and institutional abuse.
