About Russ

Russ Howe is a litigator at Preszler Injury Lawyers who handles complex personal injury claims, with a special emphasis on product liability, sexual assault, and disability matters. He has conducted trials, appeals, and hearings at every level of court in Ontario and is a frequent speaker on legal issues across Canada and the United States. Russ is a past president of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and has helped train younger lawyers in advocacy for plaintiffs. He has published widely, including a contribution to Dr. Alison Bested's medical text on chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia. He earned his B.A. (Hons.) from the University of Toronto in 1988 and his LL.B. from the University of Ottawa in 1991.
