About Farzad
Farzad earned a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Economics from the University of British Columbia and his Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria. During law school, he worked at the University of Victoria Law Centre, representing clients who couldn't afford counsel in family and criminal matters. He articled with Preszler Law and now practices as an associate, regularly appearing before the Supreme Court of British Columbia on chambers applications and trials. His litigation practice covers occupiers' liability, claims against municipalities, historic assault cases, and product liability claims. Farzad is licensed to practice in both British Columbia and Manitoba, and he's fluent in Farsi.
