About Abiodun

Abiodun Adekunle Fatokun is a dual-qualified lawyer at Preszler Injury Lawyers who brings an international legal background to her cases. She earned her Bachelor of Laws with Honours from Nottingham Trent University in the UK after foundational studies at Sheffield International College, and was called to the Nigerian bar in 2017 after training at the Nigerian Law School. Before joining Preszler in 2023, she worked in both government and private practice in Nigeria, developing skills in litigation, client advocacy, and alternative dispute resolution. At Preszler her focus has been on institutional abuse and motor vehicle accident claims, particularly sexual assault and product liability matters, and she was called to the Ontario bar in 2025. She belongs to the Law Society of Ontario, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, and the Nigerian Bar Association.
