About Courtney
Courtney Jukes is a personal injury lawyer who grew up in Collingwood, Ontario, and completed her Bachelor of Arts at Dalhousie University before settling in Nova Scotia, where she worked as a flight attendant and advertising account executive. In 2018 she enrolled at the Schulich School of Law to pursue her Juris Doctor, driven by a wish to advocate for people who struggle to navigate the legal system. She began at Preszler as an articled clerk in 2021 and later became an associate. Her practice covers motor vehicle accidents, long-term disability claims, and slip and fall cases, and her customer service background helps her manage files with care and clear communication. She is licensed to practice in both Ontario and Nova Scotia.
