About Christopher
Christopher H. McDougall is originally from Ottawa. Before joining Preszler Law, he worked as an insurance defence lawyer, defending various insurance companies against personal injury claims, which gave him firsthand insight into how insurers try to minimize payouts. He now uses that experience to represent injury victims instead, pursuing the best possible recovery while trying to ease the stress that comes with an injury. He earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Guelph in 2006 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria in 2010. His practice covers motor vehicle accidents, long-term disability claims, and slip and fall cases, and he's licensed to practice in Alberta and British Columbia.
