About Erin
Erin Kwa is a lawyer at Preszler Law's British Columbia office who joined the firm as an associate in 2018 after articling at a small general practice firm in Richmond, BC, where she worked on plaintiff personal injury files. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science from UBC's Faculty of Medicine in 2014 and her Juris Doctor from UBC's Peter A. Allard School of Law in 2017. While in law school, she volunteered with a non-profit that provides legal support to caregivers and temporary foreign workers on employment and immigration issues. She is fluent in Tagalog and is licensed to practise in Alberta, Ontario, and British Columbia.
