About Faraz
Faraz Ravanbakhsh is an associate at Preszler Law whose litigation practice centres on institutional abuse cases and personal injury claims. He takes pride in representing clients harmed both within and outside institutional settings. Faraz graduated from Dalhousie University's Faculty of Law in 2018 and began his career summering and articling at one of Canada's largest firms, where he gained exposure to complex litigation before deciding he preferred representing individual claimants over large institutions. In Ontario he has appeared before most levels of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada, where he helped draft the Law Society of Ontario's factum in its constitutional case against Trinity Western University. Faraz is licensed in Alberta, Ontario and British Columbia and has spent over a decade serving at Potlatches throughout British Columbia as part of his commitment to reconciliation with Indigenous peoples.
