About Derek
Derek joined Preszler Injury Lawyers in March 2020 and practises as Counsel to the firm, after ten years as a partner at a Toronto insurance litigation boutique. He earned his J.D. from the University of Toronto in 2000 and was called to the Ontario bar in 2002 and the British Columbia bar in 2020. His practice focuses on institutional abuse claims, long-term disability, catastrophic injuries, and premises liability.
