About Anthony

Anthony Moniuszko is a personal injury lawyer born to Polish immigrant parents in Mississauga, Ontario. He studied business law at Carleton University, earned a master's degree from the University of Toronto's Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy, and completed his law degree at Dalhousie University's Schulich School of Law in 2024, spending his final semester supporting marginalized clients through Dalhousie's Legal Aid Service. His practice focuses on civil claims for people harmed by sexual violence and institutional wrongdoing, and he appears regularly before the Supreme Court of British Columbia. He was admitted to the Law Society of British Columbia in 2025 and is licensed to practice in Alberta, Ontario, and British Columbia. Anthony is fluent in Polish.
