About David
David is the practice leader at Preszler Injury Lawyers and focuses exclusively on complex personal injury litigation. He earned his law degree from Osgoode Hall in 2007 and has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and the Court of Appeal, along with many catastrophic impairment cases at the License Appeal Tribunal. He also helps manage the Ontario firm while mentoring lawyers in Ontario, British Columbia, and Nova Scotia.
