Personal InjuryPersonal Injury Lawyer at Preszler Injury Lawyers
Personal InjuryDaniel Bassili's practice centres on recovering compensation for survivors of sexual abuse, victims of personal injury, and people whose long-term disability claims have been denied. He graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2012 and was called to the Ontario bar the following year. Before shifting to plaintiff-side work, Daniel spent a decade at a prominent Toronto insurance defence firm, where he defended complex negligence claims for corporations, school boards and the Government of Ontario, as well as professional-negligence matters involving lawyers, teachers, engineers and doctors. That background gives him a close understanding of how insurers approach litigation. Daniel is bilingual, with French as a heritage language, and has represented clients in both English and French at all levels of court in Ontario.
