About Ross Nasseri LLP

Ross Nasseri LLP is a Toronto litigation firm at 312 Adelaide Street West. Mark A. Ross and Justin Nasseri founded the firm in February 2021, and it has grown to nineteen lawyers who represent entrepreneurs, professionals, and businesses of all sizes, from closely held companies to publicly traded corporations and institutions. The practice covers corporate and commercial litigation, real property and construction disputes, professional liability and regulatory matters, estates and trust litigation, class actions, securities litigation, and appeals, and the firm has particular experience with commercial real estate disputes, acting for developers, brokerages, and mortgage administrators.

Ross was called to the Ontario bar in 2005 after graduating from Osgoode Hall Law School, and co-authored a Carswell textbook on commercial leasing litigation in 2019. Nasseri, called to the bar in 2013, practiced at McCarthy Tetrault and Pape Barristers before co-founding the firm, and has chaired the Ontario Bar Association's Civil Litigation Section. The firm's lawyers argue cases before every level of court in Ontario and have appeared as an intervener at the Supreme Court of Canada. Ross Nasseri LLP's office is in suite 700 at 312 Adelaide Street West, in Toronto's Entertainment District. The building, known as the Manufacturers Building, was constructed in 1927 for David Garfinkel and designed by architects Baldwin and Greene in the Art Deco style, one of the loft style warehouses built in the area during the 1920s to house garment and manufacturing tenants. Its floors were originally open concept, built to be divided up for whichever occupant rented the space, and like many of the neighbourhood's old warehouse buildings it is now used as office space.
