About Jacob
Jacob Klugsberg is a partner at Ross Nasseri LLP with a wide-ranging litigation practice spanning corporate-commercial disputes, real estate litigation, shareholder and estate matters, appeals and public law. He has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, the Court of Appeal for Ontario and the Supreme Court of Canada, and has worked on parliamentary inquiries and public law cases. Before joining Ross Nasseri he spent six years at McCarthy Tetrault. Jacob teaches negotiation at Osgoode Hall Law School and has co-authored chapters on class actions and virtual advocacy. He earned his JD from Osgoode Hall in 2018, studied international law and arbitration at the University of Amsterdam, and holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences from McMaster University. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2019.
