About Sarah
Sarah Bussin is a litigator at Ross Nasseri LLP, building a broad civil litigation and regulatory practice that focuses on complex commercial disputes, multi-party estate matters, litigation over real property, and disagreements among shareholders. She has represented property development companies in various contractual, construction, mortgage enforcement, and regulatory matters, and has appeared more than fifteen times before the Superior Court of Justice as well as at mediations and arbitrations. Before joining the firm, she articled and summered at McCarthy Tétrault's Toronto office, working on trials, appeals, and arbitrations across areas including corporate and commercial law and medical malpractice. Sarah received her JD from Queen's University, where she made the Dean's Honour List and won the Professor H.R.S. Ryan Scholarship for her standing in Evidence, and she earned a BA with distinction in psychology from McGill University. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2023.
