About Mark
Mark Ross is a founding partner of Ross Nasseri LLP, with a litigation practice covering complex contractual disputes across industries such as construction, insurance, and real estate, along with shareholder and partnership cases, estates litigation, professional liability matters, and civil fraud claims. He has served as lead counsel on numerous motions, injunctions, trials, and appeals in Ontario, acting for individual investors, family enterprises, and large corporations alike. Mark is co-author of Haber and Ross: Top Commercial Leasing Cases, a textbook on commercial leasing disputes, and he is regularly asked to lecture on commercial litigation and advocacy. He earned his LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2004 and was called to the Ontario bar in 2005.
