About Gordon

Gordon Vance is a partner with a diverse civil, commercial, and regulatory litigation practice, having appeared at every level of court in Ontario and built more than thirty reported decisions. He handles oppression claims, shareholder and director disputes, employment matters, fraud, real property litigation, estate disputes, and injunctions, and is developing an appellate practice before the Divisional Court and Court of Appeal. Before joining his current firm, Gordon served as an Assistant Crown Attorney in London, Ontario, and completed his articles clerking for judges of the Superior Court of Justice. He earned a JD/MBA with honours from the University of Toronto in 2019, receiving the Gerald W. Schwartz Gold Medal for the top overall average in his program, and previously completed a BA and an MA as a Canada Graduate Scholar. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2020.
