Wills, Estates & TrustsDaniel Milton is a partner at Ross Nasseri LLP with a broad litigation practice covering commercial, shareholder, real estate, estate, and regulatory disputes. He has significant trial, arbitration, and appeal experience and has appeared before every level of court in Ontario, including arguing a commercial appeal on partnership fund distribution at the Ontario Court of Appeal and serving as intervener counsel in a high-profile case on electoral spending limits and the notwithstanding clause. His practice also covers corporate and investor fraud and crisis management, including obtaining Mareva and Norwich orders to freeze assets tied to investment fraud. Before joining the firm, Daniel was a litigation associate at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP in Toronto. He earned his J.D. from the University of Toronto, graduating with distinction and on the Dean's List, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2020. He previously completed an Honours B.A. in Philosophy at McGill University with First Class Honours and competed as a debater representing McGill at international championships.
