About Luke
Luke Sabourin is a litigator at Ross Nasseri with a broad commercial practice, advising multinational corporations, small family businesses, civil society groups and individuals through all stages of civil litigation. He has appeared in the Court of Appeal, Divisional Court, the Superior Court, the Ontario Court of Justice, Small Claims Court and various tribunals, on matters ranging from shareholder and insolvency disputes to professional liability, coverage, class actions and estates. He spent three years as a litigator at a national full-service firm before joining Ross Nasseri. Luke also co-teaches first-year torts at the Lincoln Alexander School of Law and maintains an active pro bono practice. He earned his JD from Queen's University, where he was a bronze medalist, and holds an undergraduate degree in Canadian-American political relations from Western University. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2022.
