About Sara
Sara Wright is a litigator at Ross Nasseri who is building a general litigation practice with an emphasis on commercial matters. She has represented clients in contractual disputes, class actions, securities litigation, and judicial review applications, and her court experience ranges from arbitrations and administrative tribunals up through Ontario's Superior Court and Commercial List, as well as the Supreme Court of British Columbia. Before joining the firm, she summered, articled, and spent two years as an associate at Stikeman Elliott, acting for corporate clients in complex commercial disputes. She received her dual common law and civil law degree from McGill in 2022, where she edited the McGill Journal of Dispute Resolution and competed for the school at the Jessup International Law Moot. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2023 and speaks both English and French fluently.
