About Adriana

Adriana Forest-Clarke is a partner at Ross Nasseri LLP whose litigation work centers on commercial disputes and strategic advice. She has represented corporations, institutions, and individuals in complicated commercial matters and has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court, the Commercial List, the Federal Court, Divisional Court, and the Supreme Court of Canada. Her caseload has included shareholder and oppression disputes, professional liability, contract and product liability claims, employment matters, and defamation, along with workplace investigations and national class proceedings. Before joining Ross Nasseri, she spent six years as a litigator at McCarthy Tétrault. Adriana earned her JD from Western Law in 2018, graduating on the Dean's Honour List and winning the Law Society of Ontario Prize and the Cohen Highley LLP Award. Her team won the 2018 Warren K. Winkler Class Actions Moot. She holds an undergraduate science degree and a master's degree from the University of Windsor area, and was called to the bar in 2019.
