About Viktor
Viktor Nikolov practices commercial litigation at Ross Nasseri, concentrating on business disputes and high-stakes regulatory work. He appears before Ontario courts and administrative tribunals in matters touching corporate governance, shareholder disputes, civil fraud, creditor remedies, and professional regulation, and his files have included oppression claims, multi-party fraud actions, class proceedings, CCAA restructurings, and arbitrations. His clients range from small business owners to public companies, financial institutions, and government bodies. Before joining Ross Nasseri, Viktor worked at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP on business disputes for domestic and international clients.
