About Jacqueline
Jacqueline Cole is the Managing Partner of Ross Nasseri LLP, with a general litigation practice emphasizing corporate commercial litigation, investigations, appellate work, and professional liability. She regularly appears on the Commercial List in Toronto for urgent and complex commercial disputes and has developed a niche practice advising academics facing misconduct allegations and families dealing with school-related disputes. Jacqueline has also built a practice as a mediator and arbitrator, and teaches in Osgoode's e-Discovery, Information Governance and Privacy certificate program. Before joining Ross Nasseri as a partner, she practised commercial and medical litigation at McCarthy Tetrault's Toronto office. She earned her JD from Western University in 2013, along with the Davies, Ward, Phillips and Vineberg LLP Award, and holds a BA with Honours from Western and an MPA from Queen's University's School of Policy Studies. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2014.
