About Anna
Anna Madsen is a partner at Ross Nasseri LLP who represents clients in complex civil and commercial cases and advises on strategic and risk management issues. Her litigation experience covers commercial disputes, torts, product liability, and class actions, and she has also advised clients on bid challenges arising from federal and provincial procurement and tendering processes. Anna has appeared at every level of court in Ontario, including the Divisional Court and the Court of Appeal, before a number of administrative tribunals, and has advised on judicial review applications before the Federal Court of Canada. She has guest lectured on legal writing and advocacy at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law and the Lincoln Alexander School of Law. Before joining Ross Nasseri, she spent five years in the litigation group at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP. Anna completed her JD at the University of Toronto, where she worked at Downtown Legal Services, and earned a BA with first class joint honours from McGill University. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2019.
