About Jake
Jake Bershadsky is a litigator building a broad civil and regulatory practice centered on complex commercial disputes. He has represented corporations, directors, and executives in matters involving shareholder oppression, alleged misrepresentation in financial disclosure, and fraud, and has appeared in Divisional Court challenging decisions made by public bodies. His work also includes urgent injunction applications such as freezing and Mareva orders, and he has developed experience representing real estate developers in civil and regulatory proceedings. Before joining Ross Nasseri, he summered, articled, and worked as an associate at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg, handling contractual disputes, class actions, and tax and securities litigation. He earned his JD with distinction from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law in 2022 and was called to the Ontario bar in 2023.
