Fogler, Rubinoff LLP is a full service business law firm based in Toronto, with more than 125 lawyers practising across more than 20 areas of law. The firm traces its history to 1982, when it was formed by the merger of Siegal, Fogler and Rubinoff & Rubinoff, two Toronto firms whose own roots go back to 1928 and 1935. Its founding partners were Lloyd S.D. Fogler and Melvyn P. Rubinoff. The firm works from Scotia Plaza on King Street West in Toronto's Financial District, having moved into newly designed office space there in December 2024 that was built around a hybrid, collaborative way of working.
The firm describes its clients as an extension of its own team, and its work spans financial institutions, publicly traded corporations, securities dealers, real estate developers and lenders, First Nations, cannabis producers, and family owned businesses. Alongside its corporate, real estate, and litigation groups, the firm has built a dedicated Indigenous law practice that advises First Nations and their commercial partners on governance, economic development corporations, and resource and infrastructure projects on reserve land. It's also a member of the International Lawyers Network, an association of thousands of lawyers in offices around the world, which gives it reach when a client's matter crosses borders.

Fogler, Rubinoff moved its office to Scotia Plaza on King Street West in December 2024, in the heart of Toronto's Financial District. The new space was designed for a hybrid style of working, trading a fixed layout for rooms built around collaboration between the firm's lawyers and staff. Working from a tower at the centre of Toronto's banking and legal district puts the firm close to the corporate head offices, securities dealers, and financial institutions that make up much of its client base.
