About Andrea

Andrea M. Marsland is a partner in the firm's Employment and Labour Group who represents employers in wrongful dismissal actions. She advises employers on the full range of workplace matters, including drafting employment agreements, severance packages, confidentiality and non-competition agreements, termination letters, and human resource policies. Andrea also counsels employers on employment standards, human rights, and other HR issues, and she regularly visits workplaces to deliver training seminars and conduct investigations. She has significant experience with injunctive proceedings related to enforcing restrictive covenants in employment contracts.
