About Lori
Lori Prokopich regularly advises clients on complex commercial contracts and general corporate matters. She acts for private entrepreneurs, emerging companies, and multinational companies on domestic and cross-border transactions, representing both investors and investees in debt and equity arrangements. Her work touches investment structuring, private equity and venture capital deals, shareholder and partnership arrangements, and asset or share purchase transactions. Lori's clients operate across many industries, from technology and entertainment to manufacturing, transportation, natural resources, and consumer goods. She sits on the firm's Marketing and Business Development Committee and is part of women@foglers. Lori also speaks to professional and industry groups about business law subjects, including how the U.S. market treats Canadian issuers, common business structures, ways to access capital, and shareholder agreements.
