Justin holds certification from the Law Society of Ontario as a civil litigation specialist, and he frequently appears before every level of Ontario's courts as well as the Licence Appeal Tribunal. Beyond litigation, he helps clients obtain and maintain professional licences, drawing on his relationships with regulators to secure efficient results, and is willing to challenge regulators when their positions seem unreasonable. He is among a small number of Ontario lawyers focusing specifically on dealership law, assisting dealerships, salespeople, and mechanics with matters before the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council or relevant government ministries.
