About Alexander
Alexander Evangelista is a partner in Fogler, Rubinoff LLP's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group. He maintains a broad commercial litigation practice touching on contracts, real estate, debtor-creditor matters, insolvency, construction, and disputes between shareholders and business partners. He also represents clients in administrative proceedings involving regulators and other government bodies. Alex has appeared before every level of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal, along with the Federal Court of Canada and the courts of British Columbia. He pursued his undergraduate studies at the University of Toronto and later completed a J.D. at Osgoode Hall Law School, where he served as president of the school's student government. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2019.
