Elliott Vardin's practice covers corporate, commercial, and securities law, with particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance work. He acts for a variety of public and private companies across industries such as real estate services, technology, investment brokerage and management, solar energy, and mortgage investments.
