Elliott Vardin's practice covers corporate, commercial, and securities law, with particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance work. He acts for a variety of public and private companies across industries such as real estate services, technology, investment brokerage and management, solar energy, and mortgage investments. Elliott has set up different kinds of pooled and other investment funds and has advised lead and significant investors involved in them. He also regularly advises Canadian reporting issuers and investment funds on securities and regulatory compliance as well as corporate governance matters.
