It was formed in 1992 by a group of employment and labour lawyers who left a full-service firm to focus solely on this area, and it grew substantially after merging with Taylor Jordan Chafetz in 2014. The firm advises public and private sector employers on labour relations, employment, human rights, privacy, and occupational health and safety matters.
