About Gavin

Gavin is widely regarded as one of Canada's leading employment and labour law practitioners over a 50-year career, having served on the Law Society of British Columbia's Ethics Committee and as its past president, and past chair of the Federation of Law Societies' Standing Committee on the Model Code of Conduct. He has represented resource-sector and other companies before labour boards and the BC courts. He has been a long-time volunteer with the YMCA and the Canadian Bar Association.
