About Alan
Alan has advised employers on labour relations for over four decades, with a particular focus on collective bargaining, and is recognized as one of the province's leading workers' compensation and occupational health and safety lawyers. Since 2020 he has limited his practice to acting as employer spokesperson in collective bargaining. He has been named Lawyer of the Year for Workers' Compensation Law in Vancouver by Best Lawyers in Canada five times.
