About Donald

Don's practice focuses on labour, employment, administrative, and constitutional law, with a substantial practice in the forestry and transportation sectors. He has appeared at every level of the judicial system, including several matters before the Supreme Court of Canada, and is a frequent lecturer for the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia. He formerly served as an adjunct professor at UBC's Peter A. Allard School of Law.
