About Dustin
Dustin practises across workplace law with particular interest in administrative, labour, constitutional, human rights, and workplace safety litigation, and has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia. Dustin previously worked at a national firm in Vancouver and clerked at the BC Supreme Court. Dustin is Nêhiyaw (Cree) on their father's side and a member of the Beaver Lake Cree Nation, and is active in the Indigenous Bar Association and 2SLGBTQQIA+ advocacy organizations.
