About Keith
Keith has advised education-sector clients on school, labour, and employment law for more than 35 years, working with school boards, colleges, and university administrators on human rights, privacy, and student and parent issues. He has argued cases up to the Supreme Court of Canada and before international arbitration panels under ICSID and UNCITRAL rules resolving NAFTA disputes. He previously served as an adjunct professor at UBC's law school.
