About Nicole

Nicole's practice focuses on employment law and litigation, advising employers on contracts, terminations, and wrongful and constructive dismissal, with particular experience drafting employment contracts. She worked as a commercial litigator at a large national Toronto firm before relocating to Vancouver and joining Harris in 2011. She has been recognized in Best Lawyers in Canada for labour and employment law since 2024.
