About Colin

Colin advises workplaces of all sizes and also assists clients with commercial litigation matters including shareholder disputes. He has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia and Alberta, the Federal Court, and numerous administrative tribunals. Raised in Kelowna, he practised at Harris and then a large international firm before moving home to Kelowna in 2016, then rejoined Harris in 2024 after practising at the largest firm in BC's interior.
