About Robyn

Robyn combines an extensive employment and commercial litigation practice, advising on corporate and commercial disputes, shareholder oppression claims, breaches of trust and fiduciary duty, and civil fraud, alongside wrongful dismissal, human rights, and harassment matters. She has over 22 years of court and arbitration experience and particular expertise in restrictive covenant and sexual harassment disputes. She briefly served as Crown Prosecutor on secondment to the Ministry of the Attorney General.
