About Andrew

Andy's practice centres on occupational health and safety, advising on the Workers Compensation Act, OHS regulations, and the Canada Labour Code, with particular skill in serious injury and fatality matters, having advised employers in 40 workplace fatality cases. He spent three years as in-house counsel at the BC Labour Relations Board before returning to private practice, and represents employers across local government, education, hospitality, forestry, mining, and other sectors. He was named Lawyer of the Year for Workers' Compensation Law in Vancouver by Best Lawyers in Canada for 2026.
