About Frances

Fran has over 20 years' experience advising public and private sector clients on freedom of information and privacy law under federal and provincial statutes. She favours practical, mediated resolutions and reserves litigation for matters of genuine interpretive importance. Before law school she spent a decade as a labour relations practitioner representing employers in health care, municipalities, and government.
