About Arthur

Art practises civil litigation spanning aboriginal and constitutional law, construction, professional liability, commercial disputes, administrative law, intellectual property, class actions, insurance, and personal injury, and is fluent in English and French. A former law clerk at the Supreme Court of Canada and the Supreme Court of British Columbia, he has appeared at every level of court in BC. He co-authored the third edition of the Canadian Law of Architecture and Engineering with former Chief Justice Beverley McLachlin.
