About Ilan
Ilan advises employers on collective agreement interpretation, collective bargaining, discipline, privacy, and the duty to accommodate, appearing before labour relations boards, arbitration boards, tribunals, and the courts. He draws on past experience as legal counsel and a labour relations consultant to the Health Employers' Association of British Columbia and also works with clients in the transportation, education, and municipal sectors. He has been recommended for workplace human rights work in the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory since 2025.
