About Abigail
Abigail's practice focuses on labour, human rights, and employment law, approaching workplaces as communities and applying an equity, diversity, and inclusion lens to policy review and training. She has served on the boards of the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers (BC) Society and the Law Foundation of BC. Before joining Harris she taught at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, clerked for justices of the BC Supreme Court, and worked at a national law firm in Vancouver. She has been named to Best Lawyers Ones to Watch in Canada every year since 2023.
